Today’s video workout is more of a beautification workout more than anything. This aims to increase your butt muscle to give you that Kim K butt and curves!
What we have for you today are intensive exercises that contain cardio and strength moves that focus on the lower body, specifically the butt, to give you a nice workout session and a beautifully formed butt!
Just try to do this on a daily basis though, after all it’s just 10 mins. That is if you really want to make this workout effective and see the results in as early as 3-4 weeks. Remember, it’s important to stay disciplined!
